HOW TO MAKE YOURS STABLE AND FAST
1: Your glo new sim that have 0.00 balance
2: goto your phone settings
3: Click on glo Access point to edit it
4: APN: glo3gvideo and leave proxy and port empty
5: Open any Vpn you have and set accordingly
PROXY TYPE=> REAL HOST
PROXY SERVER=> redirect.glo.com
Leave others as default and select any region you prefer and hit CONNECT or START
NOTE: After this and yours still remains not fast and stable then you need to relocate
